1. Conditions of shipment

Free shipping costs in EU/UE for all orders over €37,00.
Delivery times in EU: 4-5 working days.
The shipping costs are €17,00 for all orders under €37,00 in EU/UE.
- U.S.A / Canada / Extra EU
Delivery to U.S.A. / Canada / and all Extra EU countries for all orders with DHL Express 2-4 working days.
Delivery times 2-4 working days.
The shipping costs are €67,00 for all orders in U.S.A. / Canada / and all Extra EU countries.
Notes
An amount equal to 2-7% of the total order amount is calculated for all orders, which will appear as "Processing expenses order". This item consists of the time of preparation of the goods, the management of the order, the booking of the pick up, the cost and the time of preparation of the packaging. The percentage value is lower the higher the order value.
The website only accepts orders for amounts exceeding €10,00 (€10,00 intended only for goods, excluding shipping costs and processing order costs).
Orders entered, and paid, will be processed within 1 to 5 working days. This time varies according to the organization and the amount of work in that days.
2. Order status and traceability
All orders made from Monday to Thursday are shipped within 24 hours, while orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped to the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Traceability number is provided for each order to verify the displacements and the estimated delivery date.
3. Payment method
I offer the most popular forms of payment to make buying easy and safe; the payment method is chosen before sending the order.

4. Claims & Returns
Any requests for returns or claims are valid only within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery of the goods. For returns, the procedure is as follows:
- The customer sends, with shipping paid by him, the goods to be returned to the address: Lavezzinifly Via degli Scaligeri 16/B 37012 Bussolengo (VR) Italy.
- When the returned goods are received at Lavezzinifly, the order will be refunded, but it will not be complete, because -22% will be deducted from the total amount, which is the VAT that is paid at the time of issue of the receipt during the purchase. The refund payment method will be the same as the one used for the purchase.
