The Color Wire 0,18mm is a colored copper wire, perfect to tie ribbing and bodies of nymphs, wet flies, and streamers. With this thread you can also make the entire bodies by making very tight turns, or obtain beautiful effects by combining 2 or 3 wires of different colors. You can also tie buzzers or nymph bodies by coating it with UV glue. It is perfect to be matched with dubbings and pheasant feathers, such as in Pheasant Tails, to give resistance against trout teeth and at the same time create a very realistic effect on the hook shank. It can be combined with the pheasant to tie nymphs such as the Pink Pt. or the Pt. Spot Red. Combined with bodies in Standard 8/0 or Micro Floss threads as in the White Black or Black Orange nymph.
