The SUD2 hook is a straight hook ideal to tie dry flies for trout, grayling, chub. Perfect to be combined with the cdc, rooster feathers, hen, and synthetic materials such as dubbing and foam. It can be used to tie classic dry flies such as March Brown, ephemeral such as the Ephemera Olive or the Ephemera White, terrestrial like the Fly Ant and the Eddie's Bugger, sedge and stonefly. It is also excellent to tie wet flies, unweighted nymphs, and lake flies such as Wet Fantasy. Having a more robust profile than the SUD, combining it with tungsten balls, it can also be used to tie straight nymphs and perdigones such as Perdigon Purple, but also small streamers in the size #10.
