Terms and Conditions for Lavezzinifly Premium subscriptions
The following terms and conditions govern the contract concerning the sale of the subscription service to Lavezzinifly Premium in the versions: Lavezzinifly Premium Basic, Lavezzinifly Premium Standard, Lavezzinifly Premium Silver, Lavezzinifly Premium Gold, between Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo based in Via degli Scaligeri 16/B 37012 Bussolengo (VR) Italy VAT number 02675450346 and users.
1) Information and necessary aspects
The Lavezzinifly Premium subscription services are reserved, and can be purchased, only by users of age.
To take advantage of the Lavezzinifly Premium subscription services, you must have an Internet connection, the costs of which are borne by the user, according to the terms established by your manager.
The equipment (PCs, computers, tablets, smartphones) that allow access to the subscription, as well as the telecommunication costs required to use the subscription itself, are the sole responsibility of the user.
2) Characteristics of the subscription services
The customer who subscribes to one of the Lavezzinifly Premium Basic, Lavezzinifly Premium Standard, Lavezzinifly Premium Silver, Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscriptions, declares to have read and accept all the features, specifications and notes written on the description page of each subscription.
- Lavezzinifly Premium Basic
EU and EXTRA EU Customers: Premium Basic and Premium Standard, DO NOT work for customers with a shipping address outside of Italy.
Only Lavezzinifly Premium Silver or Lavezzinifly Premium Gold works.
- Lavezzinifly Premium Standard
EU and EXTRA EU Customers: Premium Basic and Premium Standard, DO NOT work for customers with a shipping address outside of Italy.
Only Lavezzinifly Premium Silver or Lavezzinifly Premium Gold works.
- Lavezzinifly Premium Silver
For EU Customers (No italy / Shipping outside Italy) by purchasing the Lavezzinifly Premium Silver subscription you will get unlimited special shipping costs at €10,00, and access to special extra discount -10% for 6 months from the date of purchase of the subscription. Orders can be placed at any time within 6 months. The number of orders with benefits is unlimited within 6 months.

For EXTRA EU Customers (No Europe / Shipping outside Europe) by purchasing the Lavezzinifly Premium Silver subscription you will get access to special extra discount -10% for 6 months from the date of purchase of the subscription. Orders can be placed at any time within 6 months. The number of orders with benefits is unlimited within 6 months. Shipment are full price of €67,00.

For EU Customers (No italy / Shipping outside Italy) by purchasing the Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscription you will get unlimited special shipping costs at €5,00, and access to special extra discount -10% for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase of the subscription. Orders can be placed at any time within 12 months. The number of orders with benefits is unlimited within 12 months.

For EXTRA EU Customers (No Europe / Shipping outside Europe) by purchasing the Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscription you will get access to special extra discount -10% for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase of the subscription. Orders can be placed at any time within 12 months. The number of orders with benefits is unlimited within 12 months. Shipment are full price of €67,00.

Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo reserves the right to change the name of the subscription types.
3) Notes
By subscribing, the user declares to have read and accepted the following points:
NOTES ONLY FOR EU CUSTOMERS (NO ITALY / SHIPPING OUTSIDE ITALY):
- Premium Basic and Premium Standard subscriptions DO NOT work outside Italy, so shipping costs will be charged regularly for all orders. So for those who reside and ship outside Italy only the Premium Silver and premium Gold subscriptions work.
- Lavezzinifly Premium Silver subscription for EU customers (NO ITALY) with shipping to EU (outside Italy), does NOT allow for free shipping costs as for customers with shipping in Italy. But it provides that the shipping costs are €10,00 per order instead of €17,00 as for non-subscribers for all orders. Allows access to special discount as for Italy.
- Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscription for EU customers (NO ITALY) with shipping in EU (outside Italy), does NOT allow for free shipping costs as for customers with shipping in Italy. But it provides that the shipping costs are €5,00 per order instead of €17,00 as for non-subscribers for all orders. Allows access to special discount as for Italy.
NOTES ONLY FOR EXTRA EU CUSTOMERS (Eg Switzerland, Norway, U.S.A, Canada and the rest of the world NO EU / SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE):
- Premium Basic and Premium Standard subscriptions do NOT work outside Italy, so shipping costs will be charged regularly for all orders. So for those who reside and ship outside Italy only the Premium Silver and premium Gold subscriptions work.
- Lavezzinifly Premium Silver and Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscriptions for customers EXTRA EU (NO EUROPE) with shipping to the rest of the world (outside Europe), DO NOT allow you to have free shipping costs as for customers with shipping in Italy. Shipping costs will be charged at full price for all orders. However, they allow access to special discount as for Italy and for the EU.
NOTES ONLY FOR EU CUSTOMERS (NO ITALY / SHIPPING OUTSIDE ITALY) Lavezzinifly Premium Silver:
- As for all orders, even for all those of Premium Silver subscribers (which provide special €10,00 shipping costs for all orders), a 2-19% "processing expenses order" will be applied to the total order. As specified in the "orders and shipments" section, this item consists of the time of preparation of the goods, the management of the order, the booking of the pick up, the cost and the time of preparation of the packaging. Therefore, NON-subscribers at the end of the order will find the total amount of the goods, to which the €17,00 shipping costs must be added, and then 2-19% of processing expenses order must be added. While the advantage for subscribers is that for each order there will be the total value of the goods, the shipping costs item at €10,00 and finally only 2-19% of processing expenses order.
- As for all orders, even for all those of Premium Silver subscribers (which provide special €10,00 shipping costs) the website only accepts orders for amounts exceeding €10,00 (€10,00 intended only for goods, excluding shipping costs and processing order costs).
- Orders entered, and paid, will be processed within 1 to 5 working days. This time varies according to the organization and the amount of work in that days.
- Premium Silver and Premium Gold subscriptions allow access to special prices. These prices are equivalent to a discount on list prices of -10%. To access these discounts, the subscriber customer must send Lavezzinifly the list of products he wants to buy, Lavezzinifly will apply the special price to the product/products indicated, then the customer can place the order by taking advantages of the Premium Silver subscription or Premium Gold.

The user declares to have read and accepted everything written above and confirms it by filling in the checkbox in the box “I accept the Terms and Conditions for Lavezzinifly Premium subscriptions”.
4) Purchase, payment methods and billing
Lavezzinifly Premium subscriptions are provided by Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo through the website www.lavezzinifly.it
To purchase one of the Lavezzinifly Premium Basic, Lavezzinifly Premium Standard, Lavezzinifly Premium Silver, Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscriptions, the user must register on the website www.lavezzinifly.it
Prices are expressed in Euro and VAT included.
The payment methods for the purchase of Lavezzinifly Premium subscriptions are:
- Credit Cards
- Bank Wire Transfer
The user who purchases one of the Lavezzinifly Premium subscriptions and pays for it via Credit Cards, will receive an email confirming payment for the purchase of the subscription and this will be active immediately.
The user who purchases one of the Lavezzinifly Premium subscriptions and selects a Bank Wire Transfer payment method will receive an email with the data to make the payment. Until the payment is received by Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo, the subscription will not be active. When Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo has received the payment, the subscription will be active.
When the user has purchased and paid for the subscription, he will receive the invoice on his email indicated during registration. The invoice will also be available in the user's reserved area, in the "Invoices" section.
5) Deadlines and renewals
All the Lavezzinifly Premium Basic, Lavezzinifly Premium Standard, Lavezzinifly Premium Silver, Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscriptions DO NOT renew automatically. The subscriber user will receive an automatic email before the subscription expiration date, where he can freely choose whether to renew the current subscription or not.
The user during the renewal phase can choose to purchase a subscription of a different type from the previous one.
The user with a valid subscription is always free, at any time, to purchase a new subscription that replaces the one currently in progress.
On the expiry date set by the type of subscription, it expires and ceases to function. See point 2) for the duration of each single subscription from the date of purchase.
6) Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the user has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days of purchase.
Once you have purchased one of the Lavezzinifly Premium Basic, Lavezzinifly Premium Standard, Lavezzinifly Premium Silver, Lavezzinifly Premium Gold subscriptions, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the activation date of the purchased subscription.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate to Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo his wish to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration sent via PEC to the address matteolavezzini@pec.it.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the user to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If the user withdraws from the contract, the payments he has made to Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo will be refunded, no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Upon receipt of the communication within the terms, Lavezzinifly di Lavezzini Matteo will disable the subscription and will refund the amount paid.

10) Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
The user declares to have read and accepted everything written above and confirms it by filling in the check box in the box "I accept the Terms and Conditions for Lavezzinifly Premium subscriptions".
